1) By participating in this contest and submitting the entry, the Contestant is indicating his/her acceptance to these terms and agreement to be bound by these Terms

3) There are currently 2 main categories: Vocal (Indian and western) and Instrumental (Indian and western) .However if any category has less than 20 participants, we will postpone the judgement for that category to the subsequent month.

5) You can sing only one song per competition and perform LIVE on Facebook for a maximum of 5 minutes including setup. You can inform your voters and supporters in advance when you are going to perform, so that they will be online to encourage you!

6) Singers can use karaoke tracks, live accompanists or accompany themselves. LIP SYNCING/smule/star/tiktok WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

7) Performers will perform from home in keeping with the social distancing norms till the lockdown ends.

8) No studio recordings or broadcasts will be entertained as we want this to be as close to an actual talent contest as possible.

9) Prizes will be based on popularity (number of likes and statistical data) and on the decision of our judges.

10) Any entries with indecent exposure in terms of costumes, lyrics or content will be banned permanently and also be liable for prosecution. This includes bad language, abuses, political or religious propaganda, racism, hate messages and any discouraging comments. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of the Organizer in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Contestants.

11) The transmission of information over the internet not being completely secure, the organizer strives to protect contestants personal data. However, the organizer cannot guarantee the security of data while it is being transmitted to the platforms or any other transmission, and the same is at your own risk.

12) Our judges are established names in the industry and decisions made by ITL and its auditors will be final and binding and no opinions to the contrary will be considered under any circumstances whatsoever.

13) All documents, judges' comments and statistics are private and confidential and not subject to public scrutiny under any circumstances.

14) All entries are subject to use on any forum or platform as deemed necessary by ITL and we are not liable for any issues arising out of copyright infringement whatsoever.

2) Best Vocal performer based only on judges.

3) Best Instrumental performer based only on judges.

ITL competitions will be held every month (SUBJECT TO NUMBER OF ENTRIES) and prizes will be announced subsequently at the beginning of the next month. You can take part every month and in as many categories as you wish by paying the registration fee per category.

The mode of delivery/obtaining the Contest Prize shall be communicated by Organizer to Contest Winner upon completion of the Contest Period at the organizers sole discretion.

Within a period of twenty four (24) hours from the announcement of the Winner(s), the Winners will have to directly Contact the organizers on the contact details provided, with the complete details of the winner Name, Contact number, E-mail address and the Bank details in order to claim the prize amount.

Upon receiving the contest details within the above-mentioned timeline, if any details are found missing or the organizer requires any further information/clarification from the winner within a span of twenty-four (24) hours of receiving contact details. However, in the event the organizer fails to establish successful contact with the winner and/or is unable to coordinate the Prize delivery for any reason, the organizer shall not be responsible and/or liable to make any further attempts and/or provide any alternate Prize to the Winner.
